of Shattering the Ethereal Resonance by
The Land’s End Chamber Ensembleat The University
of Calgary New Music Festival (January 26 – February
2). Concert will be held at Eckhardt-Gramatte Hall,
Rozsa Centre, Calgary, AB.
Tickets: $20 (adults) / $13 (students/seniors) -
Passes: $75 (adults) / $50 (students/seniors) Single

Winter residency at the Banff Centre for the Arts
February 15
Canadian premiere of STIGMATA (for solo cello), performed
by Caroline Stinson at The Centennial Hall
in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This is part of the annual
Centara New Music Festival and the presentation
of the Canadian Music Centre's "2006 Emerging Composer
Award" for this work.
April 25 - May 6
Performances of FOUR PAINTINGS BY LEESTEMAKER (for
piano and string quintet) in Beijing, Shanghai,
and Hong Kong with the ARC Ensemble (with
the composer performing as pianist).
May 16
Performance of Remnants of a Glass Cathedral (for
large chamber ensemble) by the Esprit Orchestra,
conducted by Alex Pauk, as part of their 2006 New
Wave Composers Festival (May 16-18). For more information,
